You must be at least 18 years old to use RelationQ. By using it you confirm that you are, and that any information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

RelationQ provides an assessment, a generated RQ profile, a personalised plan, and — where purchased — additional premium content and features. All of it is educational and informational. Please read the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You retain ownership of everything you write. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to provide the service — generating your profile, plan and progress tracking — and for no other purpose.

Premium is a recurring subscription. Full details, including renewal and cancellation, are in our subscription terms, which form part of this agreement.

The RelationQ name, the RQ framework, the assessment, the scoring methodology, the plan content and the interface are ours and are protected by intellectual property law. Your personal results are yours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RelationQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make about your relationships. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using RelationQ at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

If we make material changes to these terms we will tell you before they take effect, and — where the change affects a paid subscription — give you the chance to cancel without penalty.
